I cannot log in. What now?

If you are a Bonsai Focus subscriber and you cannot log in, click the link: Forgot your Password 
Fill in the e-mail address you have used to register on our website and click on SUBMIT. 
If we have your email address registered, you will receive an email to reset your password.
Click on the RESET PASSWORD link in the email.
You will be redirected to our website.
Fill in a new password, confirm it and click on RESET PASSWORD.
Now log in with your e-mail address and new password.

 

If you do not remember the email address you have used to register, contact us

 

If you are not a subscriber and your account showed no activity since 2013 your account has been deleted. Create a new account.

 

I have reset my password and still cannot log in.

 

Make sure you have typed the password correctly. When you copy and paste a password, often a space is copied as well, causing the password to be refused.
Be aware that the password is case sensitive.
If access is still denied, delete the cookies from your web browser.
For Google Chrome & Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+Delete and remove the cookies.
Instructions on how to remove cookies can also be found in the help menu of your browser.
Restart your browser and log in again.

 

I do not receive e-mail messages from the Bonsai Focus web site.

If you do not receive messages like reset-password or a copy contact-form.

 

1. check if the e-mail landed in your SPAM box.
Solution: set the domain name bonsaifocus.com as trusted in your e-mail program.

 

2. An anti virus program ( f.i. Mcafee or Norton) can be blocking e-mails from bonsaifocus.com.
Solution: switch off the anti virus program and try again. If that works, add the domain bonsaifocus.com to the save senders. Activate the anti-virus program again.

 

3. Clean your browser by deleting the cookies.

Restart your browser and log in again.

 

How do I change my password and/or e-mail address?

You can change your password and/or e-mail address in your Account Dashboard

 

 

How do I change the details of my account, like address(es), newsletter?

You can change invoice- or delivery address(es) in your Account Dashboard address book.
